The Nokia Lumia 920 is the flagship Windows Phone 8 smartphone introduces today during a special press conference by Nokio and Microsoft. While Apple and Samsung go to court over copyright issues, it is rather refreshing to see Nokia do their own thing, with its own feel and look actually.
The flagship Nokia Lumia 920 includes the latest advances in Nokia PureView imaging innovation. Using advanced floating lens technology, the camera in the Nokia Lumia 920 is able to take in five times more light than competing smartphones without using flash, making it possible to capture clear, bright pictures and video indoors and at night. It also compensates for hand movement while the photo is being taken.
Other interesting features of the handset include the PureMotion HD+ display, which is apparently the world’s brightest, fastest and most sensitive touchscreen, the Nokia City Lens, which is augmented reality using the phone’s camera viewfinder, Nokia Drive gives with free turn-by-turn voice-guided navigation and it also comes with Microsoft Office build in.
